HSIAH offers dedicated shipping exclusively to our customers in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME


Our collection is sold on a pre-order basis. 


Our shipping window is between the start and middle of August 2026.


Please be informed that these are estimated shipping windows.  


Once inventory arrives at our facility, final order packaging and dispatch takes 2-3 business days. You will receive an automated tracking notification the exact moment your package leaves our hands.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES


Orders Shipping to the UK: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by UK Border Force. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 


Orders Shipping to Hong Kong: Hong Kong operates as a free port and generally does not levy customs duties on imported garments. Any rare local courier administrative fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.


HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER


You will receive an automated email containing a tracking link as soon as your garment is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's tracking portal to update. For any timeline or order status inquiries, please contact us at hsiahofficial@gmail.com.



DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

HSIAH is committed to ensuring your order arrives safely.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and items, and contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery at hsiahofficial@gmail.com.

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with immediate neighbors and contact the local courier branch before reaching out to our team.
